Dinner by Pictures

I've done a lot of craft blogging, but not much blogging about cooking - so here goes my adventure in making Homemade Ricotta Gnocchi w/ Tomato Basil Cream Sauce.

Here is the basil, parsley, and spices:

Combine with egg, flour, ricotta, and parm

Refrigerate then roll and cut

Now they're ready to "simmer"



Simmering until cooked through

Combine and enjoy!
