Bread Update

It's delicious and addictive. My first boule was a little mis-shapened (Will said it looked like it was baked near a nuclear power plant because it split weird in the middle) but other than that it was perfect. The master recipe makes a very dense and moist bread with a very hearty crust. I took a couple of pics, but apparently the computer couldn't read them, so I'll have to figure that out this weekend.

Next on tap - more boule, some cinnamon rolls, and homemade butter (that's right, I'm churning my own in the kitchen aid!).
